Gluten Free Buffalo Chicken Dip
I made my gluten free buffalo chicken dip for a BBQ at my sister-in-law and brother-in-law’s house yesterday. 🙂 I made it in the crock pot for easy of transportation and the fact that it could be kept warm for several hours. I served it with organic gluten free blue corn chips! I hope you enjoy it. 🙂
4 cups diced cooked chicken
1 large container of greek yogurt
1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese (I used white cheddar)
1 container gluten free blue cheese (I always look at the manufacturer’s website to see if it contains gluten)
1/2 container buffalo sauce. You can choose mild to spicy. I used Frank’s medium sauce.
4 green onions diced
Place all ingredients except the green onions into the crock pot and stir to combine. Add green onions before serving.
