Fathead Dough Cinnamon Rolls
Low carb, ketogenic cinnamon rolls that you wouldn’t know weren’t the real deal.
  1. Follow the steps in my fathead dough recipe. http://goodnessgraciousglutenfree.com/recipe/fathead-dough/
  2. After the dough is mixed, lay it on parchment paper and make it flat.
  3. Mix slightly melted butter and cinnamon together in a bowl.
  4. Spread mixture on top of dough. Reserve some to pour on top of the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle Swerve sugar onto the cinnamon and butter.
  6. Roll the dough up into a spiral.
  7. Cut dough into cinnamon buns and place in a greased baking dish.
  8. Continue until all of the dough is used.
  9. Mix sugar into butter and cinnamon. Pour over rolls.
  10. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about30-40 minutes.
  11. Cool for a few minutes and serve with cream cheese frosting.
