Fathead Dough
Low Carb Ketogenic dough that can be used as a bread substitute. Add toppings, use as a wrap, pizza dough or however you can imagine it!
  1. Put Mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave 1 minute.
  2. Stir and microwave 30 seconds more if the cheese isn’t melted.
  3. Add almond flour and an egg.
  4. Stir until combined.
  5. Place dough in desired shape on a silicone baking mat lined baking pan.
  6. You can press with your fingers to get it flat. If you want you can also use a piece of parchment paper to flatten it.
  7. Bake in your oven for 10-13 minutes at 425 or until brown. If you are using the dough as pizza add toppings and bake again until the cheese is melted. 🙂
