Greek Chicken in my Hot Logic
Add your raw ingredients, plug in your Hot Logic and it does all of the hard work.
S & P
Put EVOO in the bottom of the 9 x 13 Pyrex Dish.
Place the remainder of the ingredients into the dish to look similar to the photo. Seasoning the chicken with S & P to taste.
Put lid on pyrex dish, zip up Hot Logic and plug in.
Make sure the Hot Logic isn’t close to anything flamable because it does get warm.
Wait at least 2 hours for chicken to be cooked to 165 degrees F. Enjoy!
