Quick Meal of Fajitas
A quick meal to make! Goes together in a few minutes and is healthy and delicious. Pair it with your favorite toppings! You can make it with one meat or with a combination of all three.
red, green, yellow- chopped
chopped into bite sized pieces
Flank or hanger steak
cut into slices against the grain
chicken breast- boneless
cut into slices
deveined and peeled
Or you can mix your own marinade.
Chop peppers into slices.
Chop onions into slices.
Slice Steak against the grain into thin peices.
Slice chicken into thin pieces.
Marinade meat in one package of fajita marinade. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Heat your grill pan with a little avacado or coconut oil to meduim heat.
Add onions and peppers and cook until golden brown on the edges.
Remove onions and peppers and set aside in a bowl. Add steak and chicken and grill until cooked. Add to the bowl. Cook the shrimp last so it doesn’t get over cooked.
Place all items back in the pan and sautee with the other package of fajita marinade if desired.
Serve with tortillas, a lettuce salad, cheese, guacamole, sour cream or any other toppings you would like! Enjoy!
