As you know, I love my Nima and don’t leave home without it. I use it to test items that I buy if I am not sure that they are Gluten Free. My main area of testing now, (I usually buy the same brands that I have tested in the past) is when we are out to eat. I can’t tell you how many times it has saved me from unknowingly eating gluten. It has also given me the confidence to eat in places I would not have before having Nima.
