Smoked Hatch Chili Pork Soup… so ready for soup weather….. who’s with me?

We smoked a cubed pork shoulder for an hour and a half then added it to the crockpot with some other yummy ingredients to make this slightly spicy but packed with flavor Hatch chili pork stew.

This seafood curry is going to be on repeat this fall! I served it with cauliflower rice but you can pour it over regular rice, noodles or mashed potatoes 🥰

While in Las Vegas this weekend we tried a new 24 hour a day 💯 gluten free restaurant! It’s take out only so no inside seating.
They have a few locations and I also found them on food delivery services!
The pizza does have gluten free wheat starch in it whiis celiac safe but not safe if you have a wheat allergy ☀️
I ordered through the app and picked up our food in the cute delivery windows!
They are Cerified Gluten Free! I hope
they open locations in AZ!
☀️ I loved knowing that I could order gluten free food 24 hours a day while we were in Vegas!

We escaped the heat and went to one of my favorite places last weekend! We had fun with friends..went to some of our favorite wineries and ate some fantastic food!

We tried @shimogamo_gilbert for lunch today. They have a lot of gluten free options and I was told they take careful precautions for celiac and allergies. The soy sauce on the table is also gluten free!

I am happy to have another gluten free food option for lunch! They are also open for dinner.

They do not have a happy hour or drink specials fyi. The prices were in the medium to high ranges.

I made one of my favorite salads today! I can remember my Aunt making this for summer family gatherings and it was so delicious!

I know most people call it a 7 layer salad but mine always ends up being like 17 layers lol.

It’s currently 113 🔥 here today so I don’t want to turn the oven on to cook. What is your favorite hot weather dish?
