Double Chocolate Banana Muffins

Use up your overripe bananas in this super simple recipe!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Box of Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 4 Overripe bananas- even better if they are frozen
  • 1 TSP Vanilla
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon
  • 1/8 TSP Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • If your bananas are frozen, thaw them out.
  • Smash the banans.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
  • If the mixture is too dry, add 1 TBSP of water at a time until the desired consistency is achieved.
  • Scoop into greased muffin tins.
  • Bake in a 350-degree oven for about 30 minutes.
  • Stick a knife in one and if it comes out clean they are ready!
  • Enjoy!
