Double Chocolate Banana Muffins
Use up your overripe bananas in this super simple recipe!
- 1 Box of Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Mix
- 4 Overripe bananas- even better if they are frozen
- 1 TSP Vanilla
- 1 TSP Cinnamon
- 1/8 TSP Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
If your bananas are frozen, thaw them out.
Smash the banans.
Add the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
If the mixture is too dry, add 1 TBSP of water at a time until the desired consistency is achieved.
Scoop into greased muffin tins.
Bake in a 350-degree oven for about 30 minutes.
Stick a knife in one and if it comes out clean they are ready!
