The Santa Fe Chili and Wine Festival was a great afternoon with delicious food and wine! 🍷
They had entertainment and lots of other specialty dinners and train rides to take part in.
🍷 There were lots of #glutenfree options to sample at the festival as well as a lot of restaurants in Santa Fe that offer gluten free options 😊
🍷 It was a great weekend away with friends and I would highly recommend it.
🍷 We ate at @sfshed @thunderbirdbarandgrill @apothecarydining @delcharro_santafe

We have stayed @naiaresortandspa twice now and both times it has been fantastic! We ate delicious gluten free food at both of their restaurants and enjoyed yummy poolside cocktails 🍹 as well as wildlife watching 🦎🐾

They did a great job with gluten free food for us and the property is beautiful!

Pack with me as I get ready for our sailing trip to Belize! ⛵️

We sailed on a catamaran that had a captain and chef. They were awesome btw… 🥰 The company we used was @tradewindslife

We have sailed with them before so I knew what to expect and what to bring.

We ate all of our meals aboard except for two dinners we had ashore at local restaurants… or islands in the middle of the ocean 🏝️

What are some of your favorite things to pack?

I packed my @nimapartners gluten sensor (of which I am running out of capsules so praying for a solution soon), backing dehydrated meals that are gluten free @backpackerspantry @goodtogofoods @mtnhouse Beef sticks @paleovalley Nuts @skinnydipped @wonderfulpistachios Protein Pastry @legendaryfoods Breakfast Bars @simplemills @munkpack Snacks @catalinacrunch @unreal.snacks

Smoked Hatch Chili Pork Soup… so ready for soup weather….. who’s with me?

We smoked a cubed pork shoulder for an hour and a half then added it to the crockpot with some other yummy ingredients to make this slightly spicy but packed with flavor Hatch chili pork stew.
