I love how easy this gluten-free buffalo chicken dip is to make! You just dump a few ingredients into a crockpot, stir it up, heat it up, and enjoy! I think it’s the perfect party appetizer because it doesn’t take a lot of time to make it and it’s a crowd-pleaser! This recipe makes a large crockpot full of dip. You can cut it in half to make a smaller amount.

You will need the following ingredients:
4 cups diced cooked chicken- I like to use a gluten free rotisserie chicken.
1 large container of greek yogurt.
A bag of shredded cheddar cheese (I used white cheddar).
1 container gluten free blue cheese (I always look at the manufacturer’s website to see if it contains gluten).
1/2 container buffalo sauce. You can choose mild to spicy. I like to use a Paleo Buffalo sauce.
4 green onions diced
Here’s How To Make the Buffalo Chicken Dip:
Place all ingredients except the green onions into the crockpot and stir to combine.
Add green onions before serving.
You can serve it with celery sticks, tortilla chips, gluten free crackers, gluten free baguette slices or carrots.

- Turn the crockpot to warm to enjoy all day!
