Gluten free deviled eggs n bacon are a delicious addition to any breakfast or brunch! They are super easy to make and I think they are delicious!  Whenever I make these for a family gathering they are always gone in just a few minutes!

What do I need to make these Gluten Free Deviled Eggs and Bacon?

You will need the following ingredients:
Hard Boiled Eggs- you can hard boil them yourself or buy them already hard-boiled.
Mayonnaise- gluten free of course
Gluten free mustard- I like the stone ground varieties.
Gluten free bacon- cooked and chopped into small pieces
Paprika- I like to use the smoked and sweet combo.
Salt and Pepper
Green onions- chopped finely.
You will also need a bowl to mix everything in, a knife and a cutting board, and a spoon to scoop it back into the egg or a ziplock baggie to make it fancy. If you use a baggie, put the filling into it, seal it then cut a small hole in the corner so you can pipe it into the egg.

How do I make these delicious morsels?

When I make these, I hard boil the eggs the night before so they can cool in the fridge overnight. If I am in a hurry, I will buy the eggs already hardboiled, usually from Costco.

The first step is to cut the eggs in half the long way. (I am assuming you already made them hard-boiled and removed the shell ;))

Secondly, scoop the yolk out of the egg and into a bowl. Try not to rip the white part of the egg.
Use a fork to mash up the egg yolks.

Add in the mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
Add in the bacon and onions and stir again.

Use a spoon or a zip top baggie to put the filling back into the egg white.
Sprinkle the paprika on top.

Garnish with additional green onions if you desire.
Enjoy!
