This colorful and super tasty chimichurri sauce is naturally gluten-free and adds a delicious fresh flavor to meats and veggies! My favorite way to eat it is with smoked meats!

HERE ARE THE INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Bunch Cilantro
- 1 Bunch Parsley
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Small Red Onion quartered
- 4 Limes Juiced
- 1 Pinch Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Avocado or Olive Oil
HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend to desired chunky-ness.
