Gluten free bacon-wrapped stuffed chicken breasts are delicious as a main course or if you cut them smaller as an appetizer!
Bacon Bacon Bacon how I love thee bacon…..
I honestly think that I would eat almost anything wrapped in bacon. Almost anything, because I can come up with a quick list of things I would probably never eat.
This recipe for Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breasts is quick to make and delicious. If you want to make it as an appetizer, just cut the chicken into smaller pieces and then stuff and wrap. I would also secure the bacon with a toothpick to hold it together.
Here’s How you make this recipe:
You will need chicken, bacon, ricotta, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic, pesto, arugula and spinach.
I like to mix the filling in a bowl and then stuff the chicken.
Once the chicken is ready to be stuffed, you have to cut the breast in half to put the stuffing in.
Then wrap it in bacon and secure it with a toothpick to bake it.
Bake it in a deep baking dish, in case some of the filling melts out.
Scoop it back in when you go to serve it!
Once the chicken is 165 degrees F you are ready to eat!
